Fine work! Scrolling down, for a moment I thought Johnny Horizon was part of the gag. And then I remembered him....all too real.

Incidentally, I wonder how many other government resource agencies have a "mascot". Is there "Manny Mole" at the Soil Conservation Service? Or "Earthquake Earl" at USGS? Seems to be fertile ground for historical research!

Come to think of it, I wonder if the Securities Exchange Commission or the IRS have ever considered mascots.
